Shipping & Returns



We do our best to ensure your purchase arrives on time and undamaged. For smaller package items our preferred carrier is UPS in the United States and Canada. Normal “ground service” is the standard means of shipping unless you contact us to make expedited shipping arrangements.

For Larger packages we will arrange the shipment to go LTL via our preferred carrier. In most cases the LTL service will include residential delivery charge. However, customer in remote location or oversized orders may not qualify for this service. Should this occur we will do our best to make alternative arrangements including customer depot pickup options or commercial delivery with forklift service.

Upon receipt or your order, immediately inspect it for damage. If you find obvious damage immediately report it to the delivery personal. Do not sign your delivery receipt without first inspecting your item(s).

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.

You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt and the packaging. It is the customers responsibility to contact us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. This number must be clearly attached to the returned item.

Customers will bear the return shipping cost unless otherwise approved. Refund will be issued upon inspection of returned item(s).
