I came to the guys at Northern Lights to get a number of things for my hot tub project. Tim and the guys where always very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond the call of duty. I didn't know there where any companies out there that still operate this well for their customers. If anyone needs anything for their hot tubs these guys are the guys to go to!!! My wife has very sensitive skin and  we have tried many products for sanitizing our spa claiming to be safe on skin.  After a lengthy talk with one of your represntatives we tried some of your alternative sanitizers and found my wife can actually enjoy the hot tub.  Thanks from both of us!

My previous brand (won't mention any names) failed 3 times in 4 years.  I bought the Balboa spa pack and its been 3 years of worry free operation.  Northern Lights may not have the largest selection but the products they do carry are top grade!
