Northern Lights pH Reducer is specially formulated to work with all hot tubs and spas including use in any Wood Hot Tub. pH Reducer is used to safely lower the pH in spa and hot tub water. Northern Lights pH - is compatible with all sanitizers including bromine, chlorine and biguanide.

Proper pH balance is an essential part of spa/hot tub maintenance. The recommended range is 7.2 to 7.6. If the pH level becomes to high, the water will be acidic. Discomfort to the skin and eye irritation can develop. High pH levels also cause sanitizers such as bromine and chlorine to become unstable and less effective. Test water levels regularly to ensure proper pH level.
