When using a Mineral Sanitization system you will need to periodically test your water to ensure you have the correct level of copper.  Using the simple copper test kit will ensure your hot tub or spa is running at its maximum efficiency and producing the correct amount of copper.
 
If you notice algae or slime in your hot tub, ensure you have the copper reading set correctly.  The reading should be .4-.6 ppm.
